Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Refund Policy

Vocabilities offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on one-time course purchases, provided the refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase and less than 25% of the course content has been consumed.

For the purposes of this policy, “consumed” means accessed, viewed, streamed, listened to, or downloaded.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact the school before 11:59 PM (EET) on the 14th day after enrollment. Include your full name, the email address used to register, and the course title.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • More than 25% of the course content has been consumed
  • The request is submitted after the 14-day refund period
  • A refund has already been granted for another Vocabilities course

Subscriptions, memberships, and recurring payments are generally not eligible for refunds, including after partial or full use.

If a refund is approved, course access will be revoked and all use of downloaded materials must cease.

10. Health and Physical Activity Disclaimer

The courses and materials provided by Vocabilities (Polymath House Oy) are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice. Participation in any voice, breath, or physical exercises is undertaken at the student’s own risk. Students are responsible for listening to their own bodies and should stop immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, emotional distress, or any other adverse symptoms.

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, vocal issues, mental health concerns, or any condition that may be affected by voice, breathing, or physical activity, you should consult a qualified medical or healthcare professional before participating. Vocabilities (Polymath House Oy) shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in the courses or use of the materials.
